1. Product Application
SPU/SILICON PU material is develop from tradictional PU sports flooring material. After the polyurethane and organosilicon were scientifically composited, it result in new generation sports flooring material---silicon pu which is effectively compensate for the shortcomings of traditional PU materials. Compare to PU, silicon pu has a longer service life, easy to install, environmentally-friendly and easy to maintain.
2. Installation:
1. Silicon PU primer: primer evenly 1 time
2. Cushion layer :SBR with binder in different thickness
3. Silicon PU sealer :Seal SBR layer
4. Silicon PU self leveling layer : squeeze 1-3 times to sub-base
5. Silicon PU topcoat: topcoat spray 2 times
6. Line paint : according to playing court standard.
3. Main Features
1>. Comfort : Due to the buffer coat , the floor is very comfortable to play on compared to the commonly used hard court solutions.
2>. Safety: With its renown ,durable silicon PU top finish with its well-balanced friction/sliding properties, the comfort court offers safety for the players at all time.
3>. Seamless design: 70% of flooring failures start with a seam, so no seams means no porous and no problem.
4>. Closed surfaces: No dirt or bacterial can penetrate the surfacing, very easy to clean ,very hygienic.
5>. Multisport use: The surface makes it suitable to play all kinds of ball games including tennis, basketball, badminton, volleyball, fustal etc.
6>. Free design: You can choose multi colours as flooring paints or require customized logo on the court.
7>. Excellent UV resistance: It ensures the surface to keep same appearance for years and years after installation.
8>. Asphalt or concrete sub-base: Both are suitable for silicion PU sports court.
